~poshg: called in two times, because someone had the phone picked up or in limbo-so you just sat there and could hear people talking, laughing, etc....but they couldn't hear you. talked to someone, who told me they only got * pages of my claim. told him I had fax confirmation they received all pgs, he kept saying I could send in the proof and they would review it. I laughed at him and said, 'yes,that's why I faxed it to you'...he kept repeating, I cut him off, said goodbye and hung up on him. I can't wait to be finished with this company.
