~batrobyn: Well, it was a lot better than calling other *'s I managed to find for this company - because it wasn't a disconnected *. Someone answered right away. However, she trsfd me to a customer svc rep. I got a voice mail, left a message, and was never called back. I had to call again. This time I asked for specifically who I should talk to with a question on their Rex Goliath brand. That yielded a different number (across the country in CA). I left a message there and am waiting for that call back.

~batrobyn: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
