GetHuman-184559: Summary: Web site is a disaster, although the people there did try to be helpful on the phone. The web site allowed me to book a non-existent seat so my purchase wouldn't go through. After having spent ** min finding a flight and making booking, only to be stuck, I called customer support for help. After **min got a person who passed me to web site support, where I waited again. When I finally made it through I was told it was the fault of a partner airline, and manually booked it by phone. It cost me $*** more than advertised on the website. That took about ** min. Later the same day I needed to cancel. I did on the website, but it showed my refund as close to $*** less than the ticket price. So, I again called customer support, I waited **min for person, ** min for them to tell my my refund had been processed (which I knew, but it was the wrong amount) and finally, at the end of ** min I was told there was a mistake with the refund shown on the web site. I still don't know if they've
