GetHuman-239498: Another state angency that's utterly worthless. They are not there for you, they're there for the contractor. Incompetance abounds, investigations by two different parties, each claiming different damages, mediation was a joke. I think my mediator just had a lobotomy, all the evidence in the world wouldn't change his mind, contractor didn't owe anything, no reasoning, nothing, this I wait ** days to find out, how chicken sh*t is that! Luckly I sued in SM court and the bond co. payed for contractor's damages, CLSB did squat, actually less than squat, they helped the contractor continue his business practices.
