~Felicia Zurface: Well, first of all as soon as you call you don't have many options. You automatically have to provide your membership number, which like other american's I have enough to remember besides another member number. So, I had to press the button for people who want to join the cooking club. Then the lady I talked to claimed she didn't have me in the system, when I was literally charged that morning for $**. I had to spell out my last name * times, (including using phonetic alphabet) and after the third time she finally got it. Other than that, my membership was cancelled and I should receive my refund in * days

~Felicia Zurface: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Felicia Zurface: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
