~Anonymous: Each representative was different. Some were more helpful than others. However, remember to wait for them to finish talking before pressing each number. First press *, wait, then press *, then wait then press *. They picked up right after I pressed *. My issue was not fully resolved the first time so I had to call back multiple times. I'm actually still on the line with one representative and put on hold. I recommend that if the person on the line is not that helpful then you call back and try to get someone else.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Covered California. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Covered California problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Covered California's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
