~amnater: I have been trying to reach Covered California since its launch. I have had numerous issues and failures... Covered CA never reduced the amount that I would pay and when I finally found a plan I could afford. It canceled the plan without my knowledge... After about the **th time of calling, I was put on the phone with a guy name Chris who helped me sort out the problem... at least until the call dropped ... still stuck with issues

~amnater: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~amnater: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Covered California's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~amnater: For that I would say four out of five.
