GetHuman-105575: I have spent around ** HOURS trying to get their errors fixed. First I received a card with the wrong birth year- then later the wrong day. The system requires you to use a correct birthdate. I was promised that a supervisor would call. Never happened. A person from Kaiser was going to team up with Covered Ca and call back-never happened. This has been going on since Dec. Today alone I waited over half hour and was told there were no supervisors available. That means that there are (So Far) no supervisors available during the week at **, *:**, *:** or *:**. Huh? Finally there were no notes in my records?Today I was on hold for ** minutes and then got disconnected by the rep .
