~MagsBags: To be fair the agent I spoke with first time I called was curteous and created an escalation ticket. Unfortunately everytime since then my experience has been horrible. I haven't been able to get a rep on the phone for * weeks straight. The last time I called Covered CA the prompt directed me to a local enrollment area. I contacted them and they explained that there was nothing they could do. I am completely at my wits end. I've had to shell out $*** this month alone on dental bills for my son since my coverage is experiencing difficulties. This system needs to be corrected.
