~rachel's review of Craigslist customer service
GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Craigslist customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~rachel: Emailing Craigslist about any kind of problem with a hacker who is harassing you or scammers you will get a boilerplate list of dummy emails. This is a waste of time - no one cares about an individual. And they won't do anything to help you whatsoever with your problem. Why they even bother with responding with telling you to contact abuse@ is beyond me. Your account problem means nothing and they don't care. There are ****'s of other people using their system, so who cares about one persons problem - even if you have been an account holder for years....Sum it up? **** You Craigslist.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Craigslist. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Craigslist problem?
~rachel: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rachel: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rachel: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Craigslist customers?
~rachel: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~rachel taken from his Craigslist customer service problem that occurred on November 6th, 2017.
