~FRUSTRATED: I HAVE WAITED FOR TWO WEEKS WITHOUT A RESPONSE, EXCEPT FOR A CANNED E-MAIL WHICH DID NOT ADDRESS MY SPECIFIC PROBLEM. NO LIVE PERSON TO TALK TO WITH ANY OPTION GIVEN AND THE E-MAIL RESPONSES ARE COMPUTER GENERATED AND BORDERLINE OFFENSIVE . . . INSINUATING THAT THE REASON I HAVE THE PROBLEMS IS BECAUSE I AM POSTING SOMETHING WRONG - ILLEGAL - ETC. I HAVE USED CRAIGSLIST FOR YEARS WITHOUT A GLITCH AND NOW THIS COMPANY HAS BECOME THE EPITOME OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ARROGANT AND INSENSITIVE!!!

GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FRUSTRATED: For that I would say one out of five.

~FRUSTRATED: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
