~Frosty48: I am trying to contact customer service to advise them that they have my home phone number on a listing for a Ford Windstar van. I have NO listing with them and am tired of the *** or more calls that we have received over the last month in reference to the listing. I have tried numerous times to contact customer service and there is no direct phone number. You are referred back to the web page. I've emailed then to only receive an automated email referring me back to the web page. They must have some serious problems to give you no customer support options. Good warning that you should not be doing any transaction with them. I certainly would never list anything with them nor would I buy anything either.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Craigslist. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Craigslist problem?
~Frosty48: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Frosty48: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Frosty48: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Craigslist customers?
~Frosty48: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
