GetHuman-bkfende: I would like to make a suggestion concerning their personal ads.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-bkfende: Heres my suggestion. Its very frustrating when dealing with the personals. There are so many "Fake" postings that an honest person trying to use the site, cant. My suggestion to eliminate fakes and false postings. Place a minimal $*. to $*. charge on each posting concerning the personals. This will "HELP" eliminate the fake postings and people reading your listing will know that the posting is more reliable than before. GetHuman-bkfende: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-bkfende: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Craigslist's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-bkfende: For that I would say three out of five.

GetHuman-bkfende: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Craigslist to know who you are.
