~Cambam: I called as a former employee to get to human resources and get my W-* since I never received it. Lady kept talking about a sim card and how I should go to the store to get a sim card. I never mentioned SIM Card. I don't need a SIM card to get my tax information. Obviously this call center is not in the U.S.
