GetHuman-14288: I am receiving a very bad service from you guys. It is the worst experience I've had so far. This is totally unacceptable. My phones bill was due the last ** February. On February ** at your new store close to **th St and Maple in Omaha, Ne I paid $***.** ($** by cash and the rest by credit card). The next day my lines were cut off. I called your customer service. You ask me to fax the receipt for my payment. What I did with own my money. Two days after my lines were still disconnected again. I called customer service again. They tell me that they have not received my fax and to fax another one I did it again. I make care to call your number escalation. They reassure me that they will do some researches on my case .This morning, my lines are cut one again. What is this bad joke, this is unacceptable! You are very bad. In addition to consider your customers, you disrespect them. Pay $***.** per month for my phones and receive from you such service. What a shame. In addition you dare ask
