~Zack Cameron: I called in to figure out why my phone isn't working even though I paid the bill. The lady said that she doesn't even have my phone in her system so she would be transferring me to someone who does. She then transfers me back to the automated voice telling me I need to pay my bill. I already did that so I call back and she does the SAME THING telling me to listen for more options. There are none so now I have to go out of my way to get to a cricket store and figure out the problem.
