~frustratedCA: It took * business days and counting to start a prescription. In between, it got the wrong medication name and try to blame it to the doctor office. The voice mail system is the worse, one should never have to say out loud on one birthday to get any services. Then again, may be that is the reason it required it, so less people will call.
