~H-doll: I called to find out if the lotion I use was still available.*I had a nightmare of a call with a woman named ANN VASCO.*It was beyond strange! She said she was the supervisor when I asked to speak to one then she said she was the owner of Cuticura!*What?*She said someone in her office was having a heart attack but also said she was the only one there!*I have written to the CEO and I sincerely hope they can solve this simple problem and get some new customer reps that actually help the customer!
