~dillon: I talked to a woman named Marry (lol) and I tried telling her my name (Dillon) which to her was first Don then Dioon then Diloon and I gave up after like * minutes. Then she got my last name wrong too, but I didn't even bother correcting her. Until my email, which is my first and last name combined. I hung up.

~dillon: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
