GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DISH customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~catfish: I just had an hour long conversation with dish network about them constantly double billing me and taking away my channels, and was basically told dish don't care about their customers, good news though I recorded that conversation and am now posting it to YouTube and once it's done I will be sharing it on Facebook on a daily basis for the whole world to see and hear. All you had to do was the right thing but you didn't want to do that so good luck staying in business after the world sees this.

~catfish: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~catfish: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~catfish: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other DISH customers?
~catfish: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
