~IrritatedStoodUpCustomer: I received the junk mail sent to the brand new address under my name shortly after moving. Followed the instruction to jump through the hoops to reach the human representative. Got answered with "How may I help you?" I asked for the CEO and the executives' names. Got the answer of dead silence for a few minutes, then disconnected. Very rude of them to send junk mail to seek money while polluting my home with junk TV programming package that is distracting, mindless, foul, amoral, hypocritical and depraved.

~IrritatedStoodUpCustomer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~IrritatedStoodUpCustomer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~IrritatedStoodUpCustomer: For that I would say two out of five.
