~montanasunrise: Signed up for pkg that included the channels that I wanted. DISH increased fees within * mos by $***mo. Checked DirecTV & found they had channels I want for a fee that is almost $** less a mo without the "junk" channels like DISH, which forces U to order more expensive pkg. Called to cancel. Had to fax them at MY expense my contract showing the cancellation fee at $**.** per mo* not $**. Nasty script-reading CSRs. Have not heard back after over a wk. Their pkgs ****. U get what you pay *.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~montanasunrise: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~montanasunrise: For that I would say five out of five.
