GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DISH customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DishSlayer: Totally Horrible Company, Everything seemed to be OK at first then they started taking away channels, we finally argue with them enough to give us a break THEN some channels come up with Channel signal lost err & Dish wants to charge us $** dollars to repair THERE rented equipment. Dish Like others are a total scam. I would Urge all to buy the ** dollar antenna & have more channels then they know what to do with at the one time cost of $** per TV.

~DishSlayer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~DishSlayer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DishSlayer: For that I would say four out of five.

~DishSlayer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
