~Ozz: When i got dish i was suppost to get all these HD channels but i got ** channels!Then while explaining on phone they turned my t.v off and then hung up.Then mail comes and they billed me over ***.** dollars for service i didnt have but * hours.Of course i get a letter a week later begging me back and ill save almost *** dollars in savings funny same amount they tryed to get me to pay.Never let them auto your payment out of your account.Dont pay on phone because they sell your private info as phone address for profit and yes its true i had a pre pay phone with no name address ect so ppl wouldnt be calling me on my personal cell,but they gave it out! ** years and i still get nothing free.No dvr a thank you and never a late bill.But if your new you get all kinds of free stuff.Funny long term ppl should get that,not ppl that sign up use up all the free channels then dont pay!Thanksgiving they ran a code for hackers and my box freezes every hour for * days now.Ive droped from ** a month to

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ozz: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DISH's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ozz: For that I would say one out of five.

~Ozz: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for DISH to know who you are.
