~Peba: It's been * days since I called the first time and my problem is still not solved. Every time a DNA Welho customer support tells me that they'll contact me right away or send me an email, nothing happens. I have called the customer service number * times already and every time it's been a ** minute plus waiting time. It seems that they really don't care about their customers. Very disappointing and frustrating and to think that all I want is an internet plan for my business.

~Peba: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
