GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's DWS Investments customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Charles G Cary: I have * accounts with DWS. Each year $** dollars is taken out as a custodial fee. In Dec. **** DWS took $** dollars of the yearly fee out of my Roth account. I would of weather the money was taken out of one of my other accounts. In talking with the representatives they could give me no reason as to how DWS determines what account to take the money from. I have had the accounts for several years and this is the first time that money was removed from my Roth account to pay the annual fee. As a customer for many years I can't see why I can't tell DWS what account to remove the money from.

~Charles G Cary: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Charles G Cary: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about DWS Investments's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Charles G Cary: For that I would say five out of five.
