GetHuman-293133: Wife and I visited the RL on Vantage in Dallas. The wife's soup tasted awful. The meal was served out of order. We commented, respectfully, to our server, who gave us 'lip' in response. I have filed a complaint with management and received no response after nearly a month. I expect no compensation, just acknowledgement of the problem and that corrective action is being taken.
