~Bearie: I held for a few minutes to check on my order status which would not pull up on the website when I input my information required. I had an extremely difficult time obtaining a contact number for DB on the website. They want you to email them and then WAIT for them to contact you within ** hours. Who wants to do that? When I finally reached the rep, I was placed on another hold for * minutes while she sorted out that they couldn't find my address and will issue me a new address. When were they going to tell me that? I needed the dress asap and now have to wait, yet another day, when I have a video shoot for tomorrow. And I just have to cross my fingers and hope it delivers beforehand.
