~Kristi1987: Never got to speak with a real person when calling. It is so difficult dealing with David's Bridal, even after spending a lot of money there I was treated like ****. Returns and exchanges are nearly impossible, online and in the store. I'm sure David's Bridal would make more money if they made exchanges hassle free, instead of treating customers mean for wanting to make changes on items. Make sure everything you buy their is exactly what you want or they will NO work with you and will make you feel bad for even asking. I made a BIG mistake buying anything from this store now I am stuck with items I cannot use, I cannot wait till wedding is over so I don't have to deal with the store again.
