~heatherviv: I defy anyone to buy makeup from the beauty counter in Debenhams in Westwood Cross If you are using a specific product ie lancombe - forget about it. If you want to contact the store or Mr J Dowsett Store manager forget this too. Appalling service. Fenwicks Canterbury here I come - pity they cant visit your store and see how it should be done.
