GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-lindsayb: I received an order * Ontario dinning chairs. They were extremely inferior quality, and, the fittings for self-assembly were all out of line. I had to use the services of a carpenter to realign fittings, in order to put together. I wrote to furniture department, who sent me an email with just the word "sorry" copied into the page of this weeks clearances prices! extraordinary . I expect a proper reply to my complaint!
