GetHuman-367175: I had the worst rep ever named Ms.Harrison who rudely kept interrupting me. She eventually stopped listening and kept saying I was not hearing her and hung up one me. I am definitely coming in there on Monday and I am appealing for more ***** ups by Dept of Labor giving me incorrect information. I now have to do an appeal in addition to recovering from surgery. I have since forwarded the lame untrue letter you sent me with my story to President Obama, Senator Carper, MSNBC Suzy Khimm, and Unemployed.org. I was at The White House by invitation on January *th and Ms.Harrison so rudely reminded me benefits may be cut. Well, FYI I was there so I already know more about her job then she does. Maybe one day she will have the pleasure of being on the other end and talking to someone like herself without any dignity or heart. I was absolutely appalled at the service I got and now due to misinformation and you lack of records recording my timely follow up to a recent letter I am being penalized
