This tech was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and resolved my driver issue in a matter of minutes. What an asset to Dell, Rensi is! I was ready to throw my computer out the window exhausted at trying to get "sound' back, and hours spent trying all the advice on the blogs and nothing worked and out of desperation called Dell and within minutes the issue was resolved! Thank you Rensi! DELL ROCKS!
