~anonymous: I just got off the phone withEric. Literally, this was one of the best customer support experiences I have ever had. He was polite, to the point, and solved my problem in little time. I had to change my name, due to marriage, on my FF profile. He took some information over the phone and then walked me through the steps online. He even told me to call back with the updated information for my Delta credit card once the number was profile was finalized. This was a great improvement over the time I called to make this same change a few months ago, over a weekend, and got an Indian support tech that hung up on me. Hurray for Eric!
