~Momaczar: A live person answered the phone. She tried to reach a supervisor regarding my delayed baggage. When she could not, she transferred me to Baggage Handling. After telling the recording what I was calling about it cut me off as it was transferring me to a representative. This happened five times yesterday when I was trying to see if my baggage had been sent from Atlanta to Washington Dulles.

~Momaczar: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Momaczar: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Delta Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Momaczar: For that I would say four out of five.
