~Allan: Delta handles lost baggage like an elephant handles a scalpel. They offload the delivery to another company, wheresmysuitcase.com (at least in Austin,) presumably in an attempt at creative blamestorming. I could have walked to the airport faster than these chuckleheads delivered my bags... and more securely too. Don't waste your time with this number, they don't tell you anything and they don't do anything to help. They ****! These idiots left my bags on my front porch sometime between midnight and *:** AM, even though they told me they required a signature. If Delta loses your bags, tell them you want gas and parking money to drive to the airport and pick them up yourself. Delta needs to drop this company* they have enough PR issues already. wheresmysuitcase.com are clown shoes. They are totally worthless and clueless.
