~Frogger: Had gotten re-scheduled on United and had to pay their baggage fee. As a Skymiles Gold Card holder, my first checked bag is free on Delta. I was told I would be reimbursed if I contacted Delta.*They couldn't reimburse me but they did give me *,*** bonus Skymiles. Also, I flew up with my wife, as people flying with me are also entitled to a free checked bag. Unfortunately, as she was staying a week later than I, we had to do a separate booking for her online and she lost that free checked bag. The rep linked our itineraries and annotated hers to give her the free checked bag.*Awesome service. Wish their flights were that good - both departure and return flights failed to get me to my destination!

~Frogger: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Frogger: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Frogger: For that I would say two out of five.
