~tglit76: I called because the web site isn't working and I had some questions about my elderly aunt getting her boarding passes at the airport. With all the whizbang stuff today I wasn't sure if a **-year-old woman travelling alone who doesn't know how to use a computer would be able to get what she needed.**The CSR was polite but not really friendly - like I was asking stupid questions. "How much extra time should we allow since we are checking in at the airport?"**"I don't know, but there are kiosks you can use that will save you some time."**She didn't remember that the original purpose of my call was to make sure that my elderly aunt, in a wheelchair, could check in the old-fashioned way SINCE THEIR WEB SITE IS DOWN.
