~disgusted in Indianapolis: I was on an International connection and due to weather in Atlanta, my departing flight was delayed then cancelled. I could have made my meeting had Delta honored my request to change to a different airline - denied - when I questioned, I was told to speak to the supervisor - waited ** minutes then it was to late so I reluctantly changed to the next day. In Delta's attempt to make my content, they took my $*,*** business class fare and put me in coach the next day - what a gift. The only bright spot was a wonderful agent at the ticket counter that was able to get me back in business. Will I fly Delta again - I hope not but I suspect it will be unavoidable.
