GetHuman-196853: The agent was helpful but seemed very impatient. Trying to express my concern over my boyfriend whom is blind & flying alone did not seem to penetrate. I booked his original flights with very short layover times & ended up with a flight change that would have left him unattended in LaGuardia for * hours. The agent managed to reroute him to my relief but was a bit kurt. I realize the agents are dealing with customer issues throughout the day, but being a bit more patient would have put me a ease about a blind man flying! I'm sorry to say I may not book future flights through your airline if accommodating someone with a disability appears to be a problem.
