~cbm_03: The person that helped me wasn't fully awake and didn't answer my question the best that I believe she can. Didn't seem like she understood my question that I asked about the max of the carrier for my pets on broad. I was quite irritated. Delta needs better communicators in their work for incoming calls. Every question that may seem simple may not be so simple for flyers. Thanks CBM
