~jackie johnson: There was only one live person who was willing to assist me after waiting for hours*Talish from Jamaica. I called the number, followed the prompts, waited on hold* requested a return call and did not receive one. After asking a question, was placed in another circular holding pattern. *back to the end of the line. I tried contact online and was asked to set-up an email account. What has happend to communication and customer service? When finally received a return call from Talisha, it was almost midnight. She spoke with a "supervisor" named Tracy, and after putting me on hold for another ** minutes, "Tracy" refused to reschedule. Talisa then tried getting an opinion from another "supervisor" and never returned. I finally gave up and went to bed.

~jackie johnson: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
