~frequent_flyer: This airline is so rude. The staff is horrible! I arrived at the airport late and this airline could not reschedule my flight nor would they help out. The lady merely gave me a card and told me to call the number and was very abrupt and brief with me. This airport I flew out of isn't even large so there was no long line behind me. I asked her about the next flight and she just told me to call the number. What kind of service is this? When I called, they also were going to charge me twice as much! HORRIBLE. Don't fly this one! I ended up buying a new ticket from a different airline which was cheaper and the staff was MUCH friendlier.
