GetHuman-215251: Website did not have the info I needed. * minutes waiting for a customer service rep who didn't know the answer and put me on hold for ** minutes and forgot about me. Another rep answered the phone after it rang back and answered the question in * minutes. Not sure if it's the correct answer, will find out when I book my flight.
