~qwerty: Long hold time and only could provide answers based on a script. I wanted a different shower spout because the same spout leaked twice in less than * years. The rep agreed the new spout may leak but their policy is to only send the same part out to the customer. A supervisor was going to call me but never did. I sent an email, no one responded.
