~Don: Individual did not know how to enter discount code on their own website. Did know they double shipping for * boxes instead of one but had no idea why. I was on hold * minutes (not bad) I next spoke with a pleasant but somewhat unknowledgeable person, with regards to the process of applying a discount code. She placed me on hold (* minutes mol) She returned and after *-* minutes we resolved my discount coupon questions. This individual had no answer to why shipping doubles either (* vs * books of checks) other than "they just do it that way" (which is like "cause I said so") Not her fault though and she gets a * or * of ten for trying. Over all though I was put off by my exchange with Deluxe checks. Sort of the ATT, U.S. Gov. quality of customer service. Probably good people at an old company that hasn't had to compete much in the marketplace.
