~Luisa Jackson: Hello My name is Luisa Jackson from California and I was visiting family in Las Vegas and went to Denny's **** in Las Vegas nv. The hostess name heather provide a horrible customer service. She was very rude, never smiled and did not even look at me to ask me how many people i had in my party ? We were * and the only thing she said was "it will be a while" there were no people waiting but she never showed a nice actitud to us. After waiting for ** minutes she sit us and put a bunch of menus on the table and left. I was already upset with the customer service she provided to us. When the waitress melody approached us with a nasty actitud making us feel that she did not want to server us, and just told us that food was going to take no less than ** minutes. We just felt that they wanted us to leave and we did, not before talking to the manager who did nothing about it. We are not coming back to that place anymore. The whole crew needs to work on their customer service.
