~HDOUGLAS: I just left the Denny's location in Worcester ma. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have worked in the industry and long time and was utterly disappointed. The server was rude, she slammed our coffee down so hard they splashed on the table. I ordered my son's breakfast ** min before ours and it came out with ours and everything was cold to greasy. But the worst was when I was leaving I waited ** min in the line to pay... That's ridiculous... I was tempted to just walk out but like I said I do this for all living and would never walk out on all check. I am still in shock at how poor the customer service is in this restaurant. I will never return to this or any Denny's.
