~lisahoffman: Stood for five mins waiting to be seated. Hostess took * people's monies before taking us to table by wall. I asked to have a booth she said none clean. Lots of empties that needed wiped off. Sat for ** mins before I went and found waitress. She apologized, took order. Never saw her again. Penni, the hostess did the rest. Said food was late because of huge group in back.When food came out Penni said she'd bring butter..never did. Eggs were cold, sausage cold, grits were cold and french toast seemed barely cooked. Only thing that was any good were the pancakes. When I complained she said she would take off our drinks. She was rough with us from the beginning thru to the end. This experiment has turned us against Demnys at tstops. We have the nicest one at home I'm Pleasant Hills PA. This one at Max Meadows was worst dining experience ever and Penni was not good at Customer Service. Then I called customer service and they were closed.
