GetHuman-kjs7dwa: Worst service I ever had on Christmas day between *am and *am at the **** Northampton st, hoyoke Ma. Denny's. As we walked into the establishment we passed two men smoking marijuana just outside the front doors. As we were seated we saw the two men enter the restruant and go right into the back kitchen realizing they were employees smoking on the job.Our waitress served our food while on her cell phone. I had my food served cold, my eggs had shells in it, my guest, who's plane had just come in from florida prior to our late dinner, had his meal made wrong and when we sent it back the cook very loudly made valger comments about us and continued to glare, made more comments through out our meal. I felt intimidated and my guest was angered. We were charged for food we didn't order, and when a distraught patrion came in he was told by all the staff to "Get the Fu** out". The police responded to the disturbance and the unprofessionalism of the entire staff twards this partion made us very uncomfortable because of their mob like behavior. I felt like I was about to witness gang-like violance in the midst of my meal. I am outraged by this display of poor service, hospitality, and we never recieved compansation from managment for such a horrid experience, not even an appology. I will not be going back to this Denny's, or any, if these are the standards of expections I can look forward to in future visits.
